Booths will not be set up. The Friday time frame is only for dropping non-perishable samples and supplies in the storage room. Please bring your own dolly/cart.

Booth Information

Each 5' x 6' booth will be provided with:

  • (1) 8ft tall black background drape
  • (1) 6ft table with black linen in the front of the booth for samples.
  • (1) 6ft table with black linen in the back of the booth to be used as a work station.
  • (1) Cardboard wastebasket
  • (1) Liquid dump bucket
  • (1) ID Sign
  • Ice

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Thursday, January 2, 2025 and Thursday, January 30, 2025

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, January 30, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.

Advanced Warehouse does not have cold storage, please do not send any perishable items. All perishable items need to be hand carried to the show Saturday February 1, 2025 during setup hours.
