The provided Booth Package will include:
Shipments should arrive between Friday, December 12, 2025 and Friday, January 9, 2026
Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on the "Material Handling" tab at the top of this page and choosing "Labels-Advance Shipping"
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, January 9, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.
Direct shipments will be accepted on Monday, January 5, 2026
