Booth Size and Setup Requirements:
Exhibitors are required to ensure that all booth materials and displays fit within the designated 10'x10' booth space. Additionally, the height of any booth structure, display, or items must not exceed 8 feet. Any items that do not comply with these size or height restrictions will be removed at the exhibitor's expense.
Please note that all costs related to the setup, tear down, or shipping of exhibit materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor. If an exhibit does not fit within the designated space or height requirements, the exhibitor will be solely responsible for making any necessary adjustments.
Shipments should arrive between Monday, February 23, 2026 and Monday, March 23, 2026
Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on the "Material Handling" tab at the top of this page and choosing "Labels-Advance Shipping"
All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, March 23, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.
Direct shipments will be accepted on Tuesday, March 24, 2026
