Please fill out the following forms under the 'Forms' tab at the top of this page.

1. "Booth Registration Form" - DUE DATE: Friday, July 10, 2026 - Your company is not registered for the Fresh Expo until this form is filled out.
2. "Additional Table Request Form" (if applicable) - DUE DATE: Friday, August 28, 2026
3. "Electric Request Form" (if applicable) - DUE DATE: Friday, August 28, 2026
4. "Booth Attendant Form" - DUE DATE: Friday, August 28, 2026

Booth Fee: $3,000 | After the Supplier Booth Registration Form is filled out, the booth fee will be deducted off your invoice via the Schnucks accounting department. If you need an alternate payment method, please contact your Buyer or Category Manager.

Each 8' x 10' booth will be provided with:

• (1) 8ft tall background drape
• (1) 8ft table with linen in the front of the booth for samples.
• (1) wastebasket
• (1) ID Sign

*Additional tables and electric can be requested for an additional fee. Please reference the 'Forms' tab at the top of this page.

Drape Color: White and Green or White and Black

Flooring: Venue has carpet

Sample Quantity: Schnucks recommends having approximately 650-700 samples available

Booth Number and Floor Plan: Provided by Schnucks on Event Day. You will receive a packet onsite with all relevant information.

Ice: Ice can be purchased onsite the day of the event through St Charles Convention Center.
